Our service plans are designed to support both individual requests and ongoing development, marketing, consulting, and technical needs.
On-Demand Services
$150 per hour
Best for individual requests, troubleshooting, consulting, website updates, and projects without a recurring monthly workload.
A one-hour minimum applies to on-demand work.
Monthly Service Plans
10-Hour Plan
$1,450 per month
Effective rate: $145 per hour
Designed for clients who need occasional monthly support, updates, consulting, or technical assistance.
20-Hour Plan
$2,800 per month
Effective rate: $140 per hour
Designed for clients with consistent monthly development, marketing, maintenance, or consulting needs.
40-Hour Plan
$5,200 per month
Effective rate: $130 per hour
Provides approximately ten hours of reserved service capacity per week.
60-Hour Plan
$7,200 per month
Effective rate: $120 per hour
Provides approximately fifteen hours of reserved service capacity per week for clients with active projects or ongoing operational needs.
80-Hour Plan
$8,800 per month
Effective rate: $110 per hour
Provides approximately twenty hours of reserved service capacity per week and is intended for clients requiring consistent access to development, marketing, consulting, and project support.
Service Plan Terms
Monthly service plans are invoiced in advance and reserve a defined amount of service capacity for the applicable billing period.
Included hours may be used for approved services such as:
- Website design and development
- Custom software and application development
- Website maintenance and technical support
- Marketing implementation
- Search engine optimization
- Consulting and strategy
- Project management
- Meetings and client communication
- Research, testing, revisions, and deployment
- Third-party coordination
Time is tracked in reasonable increments and applied against the client’s available monthly hours.
Unused hours expire at the end of each billing period and do not roll over unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
Work exceeding the included monthly hours requires client approval and will be billed at the plan’s contracted hourly rate, subject to availability.
The 40-hour, 60-hour, and 80-hour plans require an initial three-month commitment. After the initial term, services may continue month-to-month unless otherwise provided in the applicable service agreement.
Software subscriptions, advertising expenses, hosting, licensing, transaction fees, stock assets, third-party services, travel, and other external expenses are not included unless specifically stated in writing.
Monthly service plans reserve access to webpopular’s team and production capacity but do not constitute employment, staff leasing, or exclusive availability.
