About The Role
What You'll Do
- Call, email, or message prospects using proven scripts and systems
- Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for the sales team
- Follow up with warm leads from ads, website forms, and referral partners
- Keep accurate notes and update lead statuses in our CRM (Task Galaxy)
- Hit weekly targets for outreach, responses, and appointments booked
- Collaborate with the sales team to test and improve messaging
- Represent the webpopular brand with professionalism and clarity
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year experience in telemarketing, appointment setting, or outbound sales (B2B preferred)
- Strong communication and listening skills—phone, email, and text
- Tech-comfortable: You’ll work with a CRM, templates, and automation tools
- Consistent, self-motivated, and goal-oriented—can stay productive with minimal oversight
- Experience in digital marketing or web services is a bonus
Compensation
Total Monthly Pay Estimate: $2,200/month based on performance.
- Base Rate: $15/hour
- Part-Time Schedule: ~20 hours/week
- Commissions:
- $50 per qualified lead that shows up to appointment estimated 20 appointments
- Bi-monthly payouts
- Additional bonuses available with higher close volume or full-time availability
- Opportunities for promotion into sales closer or lead generation roles
