We are looking for an Entry-Level Project Coordinator / Client Support Assistant who wants hands-on experience helping manage real client projects, organize tasks, track progress, support client communication, and assist with small marketing and website updates.

This is a paid entry-level role for someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, communicative, and interested in growing their skills in project coordination, client support, marketing operations, website support, and agency workflow.

About The Role

Position Overview

The Entry-Level Project Coordinator / Client Support Assistant will assist with project organization, task tracking, client follow-up, meeting notes, project checklists, asset collection, internal communication, small website updates, social media posting, and general project support.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, following up on details, helping teams stay on track, and making sure work does not fall through the cracks.

This role may also include smaller support tasks such as updating website content, uploading images, formatting website pages, scheduling social media posts, organizing client files, checking forms, reviewing pages, and helping with basic marketing tasks.

You do not need to know everything already, but you must be highly organized, coachable, dependable, comfortable with written communication, and able to follow processes accurately.

This role will begin with a 30–60 day evaluation period. Candidates who demonstrate reliability, clear communication, accurate work, and the ability to follow instructions may be considered for expanded hours, increased pay, and a longer-term part-time or full-time position based on business needs.

Responsibilities

The Entry-Level Project Coordinator / Client Support Assistant may assist with:

  • Project, task, checklist, and timeline setup in internal systems
  • Client project detail, note, asset, file, and communication organization
  • Collection of client materials, including logos, photos, copy, access details, forms, and content
  • Client follow-up for missing items, approvals, feedback, and project information
  • Meeting notes and organized task list creation
  • Website, SEO, paid ads, branding, content, social media, and CRM-related project tracking
  • Task progress monitoring to help assigned work keep moving forward
  • Simple client update preparation based on internal project status
  • Project note, timeline, and task status maintenance
  • Website revision, content request, and client feedback organization
  • Client onboarding and project kickoff checklist support
  • Project handoff support between design, development, SEO, ads, social media, and content work
  • Report, project summary, and internal update preparation
  • Project detail reviews for missing information or unclear next steps
  • Quality assurance checklist support before website launches or client reviews
  • Deadline, priority, and deliverable documentation

Website and Marketing Support Tasks

The role may also include smaller support tasks such as:

  • Updating website text, images, buttons, links, and basic page content
  • Uploading photos, graphics, PDFs, blog posts, or page content to websites
  • Formatting simple website sections in WordPress, Elementor, or similar tools
  • Making small client-requested website updates under direction
  • Checking website pages for broken links, missing images, spacing issues, or mobile layout problems
  • Reviewing website forms to confirm they are working properly
  • Helping organize website content before it is sent to design or development
  • Adding or updating basic SEO items such as headings, page titles, image alt text, and internal links
  • Scheduling or publishing social media posts
  • Uploading social media captions, graphics, hashtags, and links into scheduling tools
  • Organizing social media content calendars
  • Helping collect photos, testimonials, project updates, or business details for social media posts
  • Assisting with Google Business Profile posts, photos, services, updates, and basic business information
  • Organizing marketing assets, folders, graphics, documents, and client content
  • Helping prepare simple email, CRM, or campaign content under direction
  • Reviewing small tasks for accuracy before they are marked complete

Schedule

This role starts with a flexible schedule based on availability and project workload. Initial hours are expected to be approximately 5–15 hours per week.

Compensation & Career Path

This is a paid entry-level role starting at $15/hour.
