We are looking for an Entry-Level SEO, Analytics & Paid Ads Specialist who wants hands-on experience supporting real digital marketing campaigns, improving search visibility, reviewing website performance, assisting with paid advertising, and learning how data connects to business growth.

This is a paid entry-level role for someone who is analytical, organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and interested in growing their skills in SEO, Google Ads, analytics, reporting, and digital marketing.

About The Role

Position Overview

The Entry-Level SEO, Analytics & Paid Ads Specialist will assist with SEO tasks, keyword research, Google Business Profile support, website audits, campaign tracking, analytics review, reporting, paid ads support, and digital marketing research.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys researching, analyzing data, organizing information, solving problems, and learning how websites and advertising campaigns generate leads.

You do not need to know everything already, but you must be detail-oriented, coachable, organized, and able to complete assigned tasks accurately.

This role will begin with a 30–60 day evaluation period. Candidates who demonstrate reliability, clear communication, accurate work, and the ability to follow instructions may be considered for expanded hours, increased pay, and a longer-term part-time or full-time position based on business needs.

Responsibilities

The Entry-Level SEO, Analytics & Paid Ads Specialist may assist with:

  • Keyword research for client websites, landing pages, and campaigns
  • Search term reviews, keyword opportunity research, and competitor visibility checks
  • On-page SEO updates, including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, and basic content recommendations
  • SEO recommendation organization for website pages and service pages
  • Website page reviews for SEO basics, readability, structure, and conversion opportunities
  • Google Business Profile updates, including posts, services, categories, photos, and local SEO improvements
  • Local SEO research, citation checks, directory research, and location-based keyword research
  • Google Search Console reviews for impressions, clicks, rankings, indexing issues, and page performance
  • Google Analytics reviews for traffic trends, user behavior, conversions, and campaign performance
  • Monthly SEO and marketing report support
  • Ranking, traffic, lead, call, form submission, and campaign result tracking
  • Google Ads campaign setup and maintenance support under direction
  • Search term, negative keyword, keyword performance, ad performance, and budget pacing reviews
  • Meta Ads research, creative review, targeting organization, and performance tracking
  • Ad copy, campaign asset, landing page note, and reporting detail organization
  • Landing page reviews for message match, lead capture, and conversion improvements
  • Completed work tracking and clear task status communication
  • Written instruction, checklist, and campaign process follow-through
  • Updates based on feedback and direction

Schedule

Compensation & Career Path

This is a paid entry-level role starting at $15/hour.

The role begins with a 30–60 day evaluation period. Strong candidates may be considered for increased hours, higher pay, part-time work, or a future full-time opportunity.
