We are looking for an Entry-Level Web & Graphic Designer who wants hands-on experience creating website layouts, branded graphics, social media visuals, landing page designs, and marketing materials for real businesses.

This is a paid entry-level role for someone who is creative, organized, dependable, and interested in growing their design skills in a real agency environment.

About The Role

Position Overview

The Entry-Level Web & Graphic Designer will assist with visual design, website layouts, branding support, social media graphics, marketing graphics, image editing, and WordPress page layout support.

This role is ideal for someone who has a good eye for design, is willing to learn, can follow instructions, and wants to build real portfolio experience.

You do not need to know everything already, but you must be detail-oriented, coachable, organized, and able to complete assigned tasks accurately.

This role will begin with a 30–60 day evaluation period. Candidates who demonstrate reliability, quality work, clear communication, and the ability to follow creative direction may be considered for expanded hours, increased pay, and a longer-term part-time or full-time position based on business needs.

Responsibilities

The Entry-Level Web & Graphic Designer may assist with:

  • Website page layouts and section designs
  • Homepage, service page, landing page, and inner page layouts
  • WordPress and Elementor website design projects
  • Website, social media, ad, email, and marketing campaign graphics
  • Branded visuals for client projects
  • Image editing and resizing for web and social media
  • Before-and-after graphics, service graphics, promotional graphics, and branded post designs
  • Layout organization for text, images, buttons, and website sections
  • Visual improvements to existing websites
  • Basic branding support, including colors, typography, layout direction, and visual consistency
  • Mockups or design concepts in Canva, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools
  • Website content formatting in a clean, professional, and mobile-friendly way
  • Desktop, tablet, and mobile website testing
  • Page reviews for spacing, alignment, image quality, readability, and mobile layout issues
  • Project instruction and brand guideline follow-through
  • Revisions based on feedback
  • Task tracking and clear status communication

Schedule

This role starts with a flexible schedule based on availability and project workload. Initial hours are expected to be approximately 5–15 hours per week.

Compensation & Career Path

This is a paid entry-level role starting at $15/hour.

The role begins with a 30–60 day evaluation period. Strong candidates may be considered for increased hours, higher pay, part-time work, or a future full-time opportunity.
