About The Role

We are looking for motivated, relationship-driven professionals who want to help business owners succeed. As a Marketing Consultant, you’ll manage a full consultative sales cycle, combining both inbound leads and outbound prospecting. This is a true relationship-based role, not a transactional one. Many of your best clients will come from building trusted connections both online and in person.

What You'll Be Selling

  • Complete business website builds
  • Digital marketing services (SEO, paid ads, content marketing, lead generation)
  • Task Galaxy CRM & project management SaaS platform
  • Full-service business growth system packages designed for small and mid-sized companies

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct discovery calls and consultations with inbound and outbound leads
  • Attend local networking events, business groups, chamber meetings, and small business events to develop in-person relationships and referrals
  • Build proposals aligned with each client’s business growth goals
  • Deliver service and SaaS presentations via Zoom or in-person
  • Manage your sales pipeline and CRM records accurately
  • Close new business consistently each month
  • Collaborate with leadership to continually refine sales processes
  • Partner with the fulfillment team to ensure successful client onboarding and delivery

Who We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in consultative sales (B2B sales, SaaS sales, or agency sales highly preferred)
  • Self-motivated and disciplined to work both leads provided and your own outreach
  • Willing and comfortable attending networking events, meeting local business owners, and building real relationships
  • Comfortable explaining marketing solutions, SaaS platforms, and business growth strategies to non-technical business owners
  • Strong communicator who believes in honesty, clarity, and accountability
  • Organized and process-driven: you manage your pipeline with care
  • A long-term mindset that prioritizes real solutions over quick sales

Compensation

  • $3,000/month non-recoverable draw
  • 10% commission on first-year contract value for each closed client
  • Quarterly and monthly performance bonuses available for top producers
  • Realistic first-year income: $80,000 to $120,000+
  • No earnings cap for strong performers
  • Full training provided
