About The Role

This recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and securing top-tier talent across:

  • Sales and marketing roles
  • Graphic design and creative roles
  • Web development and engineering
  • SaaS product and operations
  • Administrative and support roles

You will work directly with leadership to define hiring profiles, implement structured evaluation processes, and improve hiring quality over time.

This is not a resume-forwarding position. This is a strategic recruiting role focused on long-term team building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to define role scorecards and performance expectations
  • Write compelling, precise job postings that attract the right candidates
  • Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Screen applicants with structured interviews tied to role outcomes
  • Conduct behavioral and competency-based interviews
  • Coordinate interviews with department leads
  • Maintain organized hiring pipelines and candidate communication
  • Improve time-to-hire without sacrificing candidate quality
  • Build a long-term candidate network for future growth

Who We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years recruiting experience (agency or in-house)
  • Experience hiring for marketing, sales, SaaS, or technical roles preferred
  • Strong screening and evaluation instincts
  • Ability to assess both skill and character
  • Organized and process-driven
  • Confident communicator who can represent the company well
  • Comfortable having direct conversations with candidates
  • Understands compensation structures and negotiation

Bonus Experience:

  • Experience recruiting in growth-stage companies
  • Experience implementing hiring scorecards
  • Familiarity with SaaS or agency environments
